What ages do you serve?
We have group offerings for all ages, starting with mom+me groups for infants/toddlers, preschool groups and elementary school age groups. We also offer 1:1 options for elementary and older.
What do we need to bring? What should we wear?
Please send a water bottle and snack with your child each day. Please apply sunscreen and/or bug spray if you desire. We will be outside and will likely get messy so weather appropriate play clothes and sturdy shoes recommended.
Do caregivers stay or go?
Either. Drop off and run your errands, get some alone time or work complete. Caregivers are welcome to stay on property if you desire or if your child may need assistance with toileting. We have patio space available to relax while you wait.
How big are your groups?
Groups will be between 3 and 8 children with a child/adult ratio of 3:1.
Please inquire if your child needs 1:1 support.
Are playgroups only for children who receive therapy services?
No, our Playgroups are for ALL children.
Active free play in nature helps to foster strength, coordination and creativity and can improve attention, thinking skills, emotional regulation, social engagement, sensory and immune systems.
If your child has specific goal areas we would love to help support these during our groups!
Do you offer a sibling discount?
YES. 10% off for the second family member.
What is your cancelation policy?
If we need to cancel a group due to low attendance, the total registration fee will be refunded. We do not offer any refunds due to severe weather. If you need to cancel during or up to 2 weeks before groups start, there will be no refund. If you cancel 2 weeks or more before groups start you will be refunded half the registration fee.
What is your COVID policy?
Groups at HOPE Grove are held outdoors therefore masks are optional at this time. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well.
